Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged due to a delivery issue, please photograph and video the damaged item and packaging upon receipt. Share this with our support team, and we will promptly send you a brand-new replacement at no cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Item

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please report it within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos and videos. Once verified, we will reship the correct item to you completely free of charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Our delivery partner will attempt one delivery. If the parcel is unattended or undeliverable, it will be considered a lost shipment and we will not be held responsible.
