Maintenance & Troubleshooting
How to replace the battery
Your tracker runs on a standard CR2032 coin battery that lasts up to a year. To replace it, press down on the back cover and twist it counterclockwise to open. Remove the old battery, insert a fresh CR2032 battery with the positive side facing up, and twist the cover clockwise to lock it securely.
How to factory reset the tracker
If you are giving the tracker to someone else or experiencing connection issues, you may need to reset it. To do this, press the main button rapidly four times. On the fifth time, press and hold the button down until you hear a specific reset chime. The device is now cleared and ready to pair to a new phone.
